Metlifecare Fairway Gardens is a new retirement village development located on a purchased section of the Pakuranga golf course, with buildings seamlessly integrated into the existing golf greens.
The contract works (split between two contracts) included an amenities building, seven 3 Storey buildings, one 2 Storey building and associated civils and roading works. Works commenced on site in November 2020 for the first contract, with the following contract commencing in January 2022 and final completion was achieved September 2023.
