We are proud to have successfully completed the construction of a new Dangerous Goods Store facility for our client Suntory Oceania, designed to meet the highest safety and operational standards. The facility is engineered to provide secure and compliant storage for hazardous materials. The design incorporates advanced technical services, including intrinsically safe electrical components installed throughout, ensuring hazardous area compliance. Special attention was given to fire safety, with a 4-hour fire-rated construction including specialist fire doors.
This project involved a high level of expertise in collaboration with our experienced subcontractors, in handling the technical requirements for hazardous area construction. Our team worked closely with the architects and engineers to ensure the building met stringent regulatory standards while also delivering an efficient, functional space for ongoing operations. This new dangerous goods store is a great example of our commitment to safety, quality and to showcase our technical abilities within commercial construction.
