Successful Completion of Aria Bay Retirement Village – Stage 2
At NZ Strong, we are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the second stage of the Aria Bay Retirement Village project in September 2023. This achievement marks a significant milestone in our ongoing collaboration with Arvida.
Project Overview:
The second stage of the Arvida, Aria Bay Retirement Village project, consists of two interconnected five-story apartment blocks. This stage seamlessly links the existing village and with the first stage, which comprises the care and dementia wing.
Stage 2 Highlights:
- 52 Modern Apartments: Stage 2 introduces 52 contemporary apartments designed for the ultimate in wellness living.
- Communal Spaces: The development includes interior and exterior communal spaces, fostering a sense of community and togetherness.
- Café/Restaurant: Residents will enjoy a dedicated café/restaurant, providing a hub for social interaction and relaxation.
- Wellness Utilities: Our project encompasses all the utilities necessary to support residents’ well-being, allowing them to live independently and fostering meaningful connections within the community, which Arvida proudly refer to as “living a life with soul.”
