The Metlifecare Pinesong Village project covered the demolition of an existing 3 storey apartment and then the new build of a 7 storey building of 48 apartments and a basement.
NZ Strong were engaged in an ECI phase prior to the commencement of the project. This resulted in good continuity of work once site was established.
Stakeholder management was integral in the organisation and delivery of work, particularly the importance of accommodating the existing village residents and operations, ensuring that daily life continued with as little interruption as possible.
