The historic Pah Homestead, located in Monte Cecilia Park and in bad repair, was renovated, conserved and adapted to house the $50m James Wallace Art Collection. The property now provides an exciting new cultural venue for Auckland, while conserving and adapting one of the city’s finest historic houses for a new use.
